There are three key advantages:-
  • Profile/Resume Development: Helps you build your profile for jobs/Masters applications. Whether you are applying to MBA programs or your next job, having international experiences would be a key differentiating factor on your resume.
  • International perspective: You get to directly engage with top business school professors/ Management Consultants from McKinsey, Bain & BCG. Solving a LIVE problem will them, would be a great learning experience. You can quote this on your cover letters/Statement of Purpose/interviews.
  • International Network: Building an international network can open new doors- right from exploring international job opportunities to short-term work assignments.
This is a 6-week program. The classes happen over the weekend and are directly conducted by BCG, Bain, McKinsey Consultants, top Venture Capitalist, Investment Bankers, and Business School Professors. During the week you engage with your international learning group for assignments/projects.
Unlike pure academic programs, this is an EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITY. This means that you solve a REAL program given by a REAL International client.
These programs typically cost, upwards of USD 3000$, given the extensive involvement of BCG/Bain/McKinsey Consultants &/or Top Business School Professors. However, we have been able to subsidize this program for students from corporations/angel investors. Therefore, the program is right now being offered at USD 350 (you pay only if you get selected).

The program director is Professor. Giulio Buciuni (Director of Entrepreneurship at Trinity College Dublin).

The participants are mentored by Phil Mallet, Ex-Bain & Company, Sydney. And Luis Fonseca, Ex-McKinsey, Portugal.

The sessions are conducted by Pavan Sathiraju & Akshat Shrivastava. Ex-MBB Consultants, and Founders Cases over Coffee.

The fellows are from top universities around the world – the University of California Berkeley, the University of Toronto, the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, Chinese University of Hongkong, amongst many others.

Because of Covid-19, we are not scheduling any in-person experiential learning opportunities.

However, in the post-pandemic world – We will be running experiential learning programs at various international locations.

All the Fellows until that point will be eligible to apply for international experiential programs. The program fees for these programs would be separate.

The fellowship is highly selective. Our acceptance rate was less than 10% for the first cohort.
The most important factor for being considered for this fellowship is your motivation to learn and grow in an international context. We care less about your undergraduate GPA or your college, and more about WHY you wish to apply for this international program. Therefore, think about your application and apply honestly and sincerely.

We accept applications on a rolling basis. We are currently accepting applications for the September cohort.

Once your application is selected – we give you the option to join any of the next three cohorts.

We evaluate applications from current undergraduate students, graduate students, and young professionals.

Global Fellowship Program is an International learning opportunity for the participating fellows.
